PAW & CO. is an Australian-based online business. We currently accept orders for delivery to United States addresses. Our currently available paw cleaner ships from a US supplier.
Processing and delivery estimates
Allow approximately 1–3 business days for order processing, followed by 3–5 business days in transit. Processing can take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier or destination delays can affect delivery.
Shipping charges
Available delivery options and any charges are shown at checkout before payment. Check the final order total before placing your order.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available after dispatch, we will provide tracking details.
Delivery address
Please check your US delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, contact us before ordering.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, email risewithvision091@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.
Returns
Returns require prior approval. Please read our Return & Refund Policy and contact us before sending anything back. The fulfillment supplier's warehouse is not a return address.
